For the Bachelor... 15 minute meal...

From the kitchen... This pasta dish was created for the busy Bachelor or Bachelorette...

Ingredients: 1 Tin of All Gold Ratatouille ready mixed tomato mix

: 125gm (Quarter packet of pasta)
: 1 diced garlic clove
: 1 table spoon of olive oil
: 1 chicken breast sliced in strips
: Pinch of salt and pepper
: A few leaves of fresh basil

Preparation and cooking:
1) Heat up a pan with the table spoon of olive oil and your diced garlic. Add half of your basil leaves. Add your pinch of salt and pepper. Allow your seasoning simmer at a medium heat for approximately 5 minutes. Avoid browning your seasoning

2) Now add your sliced chicken cubes to your pan and lightly fry your chicken strips till the meat is cooked. You can check the readiness of your sliced chicken by slicing through a piece of chicken. If there is no pink colour to the meat, then the chicken is cooked.

3) At this time, add your pasta to a pot of boiling water. Allow to cook for 5-10 minutes according to your personal taste.

4) Now add your All Gold Ratatouille ready mixed tomato mix to your pan. Allow to cook for a further 10 minutes.

5) Remove your pan from the stove and add your seasoned cooked All Gold Ratatouille mix with chicken to your strained cooked pasta. You can do this in the pot. Stir and add your last portion of fresh basil to your pot. Serve directly to your plate...
